Design Studio Niruk was founded in 2011 and dedicates an experimental methodology to designing three-dimensional objects. The results are products or specially developed materials and surfaces that are characterized by unconventional manufacturing processes.

Nina Ruthe and David Antonin are graduates of the Hochschule Niederrhein. Their craftsmanship and design training is based on the Bauhaus tradition and is reflected in their work, which has already been presented at numerous exhibitions and recognized with awards such as the German Design Award, the Interior Award, and the Green Product Award.NIRUK’s love for materials, haptics, manufacturing processes and their relationship to forms is an integral part of each of their projects
