Processing time

All items in stock are shipped from Münster, Germany, with DHL within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) after receipt of payment.

We charge exactly the official DHL parcel rates, based on the total weight of your order and the destination. All prices include VAT where applicable. The exact shipping costs are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union, prices are shown without German VAT at checkout. Import duties, import VAT and carrier fees may be charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient (except USA, see above).
